6. Guest communications and CRM – Nollie

We use Nollie in connection with our reservation, guest management and communications systems.

Nollie integrates with our reservation system and may receive information associated with your bookings and interactions with Lovage.

We may use Nollie for purposes including:

  • managing guest profiles and preferences;

  • reservation and customer analytics;

For certain personal information relating to diners and guests processed through the Nollie platform, Lovage and Nollie act as joint data controllers.

Lovage is primarily responsible for our direct relationship with you, including your restaurant booking and dining experience. Nollie is responsible for aspects of its platform operations, security, analytics and personalisation.

7. Our website – Squarespace

Our website is built and hosted using Squarespace.

Squarespace may process certain technical and usage information in order to host, secure and operate our website and provide associated services.

8. Google Reviews – Elfsight

We use Elfsight to display Google Reviews on our website.
